near my desk. I bought it a couple of year ago on eBay and it was working smootly. Suddenly it stopped working, it powers on but then i get a black screen. I read a lot of messages online about that but i would like to have some hints.
Where should i start to check to identify what it might be damaged? What should i test and how? I've a very basic elecronics knowledge :-(

Yes i'm using the original power supply. Do you suggest to buy one of those newer and protected one?
