Is there a baja decompiler?? it appears that my custom pause is causing 9 ou of 10 of my problems... BUT I didn't write that script, and just have the compiled version.... In order for me to find out what needs to be changed I need to decomile the file and take a look at the source.

No.Sounds like a lot of work too me -- might just be easier to write one that works correctly to start with :)
How long is it? (How many bytes?)
If you're desperate and it isn't too long you could do it by hand with the h of /sbbs/src/sbbs3/cmdshell.h as a guide...
