    yeah, i know what a drag the buggy version is, i must have played it a zillion times trying to figure out the problem... but now that I switched the tasks of the files its working fine..

    gb.ary now starts out padded wiht "0"'s and the x's and o' are stored there. scn2.dat is the game board, scn2.ovl is the small ansi file that updates the screen with the least ammount of data sent to the remote host. scn2.idx tells the module where in scn2.ovl to place the X or O.

    I also put some code in there to make the computer occassionally become slightly aggressive, and when I tried it, the game was a bit more interesting a little more unpredictable...

    the announcement of the file on TK's BBS is already spread into the most heavily populated sub in an attempt to gain a little attention...
