    Two juveniles face charges in connection with a deadly wildfire that devastated Gatlinburg, Tennessee, state official says.[1]

    They need to throw the book at them too if indeed they did cause it and are found guilty, 13 people dead so far, and 400+ structures destroyed. It was bad enough that pretty much the whole northeast section of Georgia on into NC,SC was burning, from drought, afaik ONE of these fires were naturally caused, the rest were either ARSON, or man made.

    Yep, manslaughter or murder. The report I heard this morning did not make it clear if authorities thought the fires were accidentally set or not.

    Yep, manslaughter or murder. The report I heard this morning did not make it clear if authorities thought the fires were accidentally set or not.

    AFAIK, ALL of them were ARSON except the rough ridge fire that streched my my county in NW Georgia, all the way up to Cherokee North Carolina. It Wiped out Nantahala Gorge. The back smoke wrolled in one day and the sun turned dead red. and one could actually feel the heat of the fire.
