Actress Debbie Reynolds died Wednesday[1], her son Todd Fisher says, a day after her daughter Carrie Fisher passed away. Reynolds was 84.
One of Hollywood's biggest celebrities in the 1950s and 1960s, Reynolds was a bubbly singer, dancer and actress who starred in "Singin' in the Rain" and "The Unsinkable Molly Brown."
She was taken to a Los Angeles hospital Wednesday afternoon complaining of breathing problems, according to the Los Angeles Times.
"My mother passed away a short time ago," Fisher told CNN. "She spoke to me this morning and said she missed Carrie."
