President Donald Trump delivered his inaugural address[1], vowing that today "will be remembered as the day the people became the rulers of this nation again."
Trump vowed to fight "the crime, and the gangs and the drugs that have stolen too many lives."

The Obamas departed the Capitol via helicopter on their way to Palm Springs, California, for a vacation.
