House Speaker Paul Ryan refused to say Wednesday[1] whether he thought the GOP plan to replace Obamacare would pass through the House if the vote were held today, calling it a "goofy question" and saying the bill is "going through the legislative process."

President Donald Trump's new Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price is also now responsible for selling the Republican Party's controversial new plan to overhaul the Affordable Care Act.
