Are chickens considered 'dairy'? if so, will there be an excise tarrif imposed on echicken's contribution to SBBS? :-P

Why would chickens be considered dairy though? Chicken is a meat, it's not a lactose/milk product.
For some bizarre reason, I feel like eggs are actually considered "dairy". Not chickens in themselves; they'd be poultry, but their eggs are generally stuck with the other dairy items.

I always assumed it made sense for them to do that, because in smaller stores, dairy contains the only refrigeration units. The rest of the units are typically frozen foods.
