The one nagging problem with Outlook is that it doesn't delete email
when it's been read, therefore I must also use the WC Mail to delete
them once read by Outlook. I don't know if that has been fixed in WC
or not. And, it would be nice if the WC Mail had an archive module
like Outlook does.
There is a setting in Outlook that does this for you. I use Outlook 2016
with my WINServer system and messages get deleted when I download them via POP3.
Lastly, I am going to do a total upgrade soon because I'm moving the
whole mess to a new location and start all over again. That's why I am trying to find out how well WC works on Windows 7 machines.
Personally, if you are going to "upgrade" do so using Windows Server 2003
R2 32-bit or Windows Server 2008 (non-R2, 32-bit). I've always had bad experiences with anything newer.
