    Well to be honest, the last season was alright, but I enjoyed the Matt
    Smith seasons much more. However I just watched the first episode of
    series 9 and I feel they are off to a much better start. They ended the first episode with a cliff hanger, so I will be interested to see it's conclusion. What are your thoughts?


    ending episodes with cliffhangers all the time is pretty common practice nowadays.

    i hate hate hate matt smith. he was a horrible doctor compared to all the others in the doctor who 2009 series. right now i dont like clara.

    i think this episode was actually pretty good. it's too bad it ended when it did, because it was getting interesting.

    I thought it was a nice touch bringing back the original Daleks (what they originally looked like). Of course they were much different back then before all emotion (except hate) was removed. I'm interested to see where they go with the next episode.
