    This isn't far from the truth... I have days where I can't remember if I

    I can lock the house or car door, and 2 seconds later, I can't
    remember if I locked it.

    My girl friend's aunt was having some issues that got a bit out of hand. She was losing wait too, not remembering to eat. Then she went to the doctor and they ran the tests, and found out she was vitamin deficient. I think it was one of the B vitamins. ... ironically I can't remember.
