    I just got set up with them last week, so they are still there and active. It did take a couple days.

    He's most likely busy. Also if you're trying to get to him via a GMail account, he has issues with that. It took 2 emails to get to him, but once we connected he was very quick professional with setting me up with the needed info and login credentials.
