    I love having public healthcare, don't get me wrong, but you can
    definitely see a stark difference in the level of care when the
    taxpayers are paying for it. Especially in wait times for non-critical
    care.

    There are a lot of people in this country that would tell you that, even
    though you have experienced it first hand, you must be wrong. With no experience at all with it, their belief is that it is a utopian experience.

    No system is perfect, but I would prefer a wait for non urgent surgery than having to have sufficient money (which I'll never have) or having to jump through all sorts of insurance hoops.
