If you have an office or desk job, do you prefer a
traditional sitting desk, satanding desk, or a sit-stand
desk? I've noticed sit-stand desks becoming more common
where I work.

I like the concept of a sit-stand desks. However, where I work, they only have the traditional sitting desks. There is an option where my employer can get one, but I hate to ask for one and have them pay $100's just for my comfort.

Interesting. I also am standing and walking most of the day, and like to sit when I'm at my desk. But my wife also is up and about all day, and prefers a standing desk, which she has.
I guess it's just preference.

I discovered the standing desks back in 2014 at the office place in Seattle and I thought it was a great one to have.
A year after I had surgery: cervical disk replacement, and having a standing desk at home was extremely helpful. I got a stool so I sit or stand up whenever I need and I feel my back far better than in the
past.
