If there is anyone instrested, Cobalt version 1.1 has been just released.
This version has some navigation improvements, ability to import from or export to ANSI or plain text files, and dialog text and better status when opening or saving files.

As a reminder, Cobalt is a FOSS application that I have written using FreeBASIC and mostly on my cell phone using Magic DOSBox and FreeDOS editor. The target audience is supposed to be for users who wants to do ASCII art on their mobile phones or users who are looking for an open source alternative to TheDraw or ACiDDraw. :D
