That's the only way that I can get it below US$11 here. I would order a foot long sub, and it'll be enough for lunch. Since I drink only water through out the day, I don't get drinks there.
Public transportation is great when it's available (saves the environment an saves you $$$), but in Southern California, at least, public transportation pretty limited. There are conspiracy theories about how/why that came to be, but it's just a fact. We are a car culture, at least here in (most of) California.

of paying for parking at US$65/month and save on fuel. There isn't a transient system that will go cross county lines. There are a lot of people who travel in and out of the state's capital for work and live
in neighboring counties.
