    I doubt Office 97 would work. Word 6(?) and Excel 4(?) would be the last verisons made for 3.1. The question marks are there for approximation, since those were what I recall before Office 9x versions came out

    All right! I tried Office 95 but it is 32bit program and Windows 3.1 is "just" 16 bit. Right?

    The latest versions that run on Windows 3.1 are Excel 5 and Word for Windows 6.

    I used to have office 95 running on win3.11 using the win32 extensions
