    Football season is back! I hope everybody is happy with the first week
    . Lets hear your predictions for the coming week. I am going to say
    Seattle over San Francisco and K.C. over Dallas. I hope I am right my
    life savings in on the line.

    I hope your KC prediction comes true! I'm an Eagles fan, so naturally I want Dallas to lose every game. I also want to see Andy Reid have success in KC.

    I'd put my money on San Fran over Seattle. The Seahawks didn't have its offense going at all this week, while San Fran looked like the real deal!

    I was suprised that Buffalo almost pulled the upset over the Pats.

    My prediction? Battle of the Mannings: Broncos 31, Giants 24.

    No Dove Bowl but I'm definetly ready for football. I've caught all the preseason games and can't wait for the regular season to kick off!

    I'm ready for football, but it'll be a lame-duck season here in St. Louis Rams land. I'm a Cowboys fan personally, but it would still be a tough loss if the franchise moved away.

    I have never tried Dove Bowl, but I do have a "Sports Stats" door which shows standings and schedules for four major sports, including football. I need to make sure the stats are still scraping okay this year.

    Been a long time, Champ! I just dug the ole'bbs out and sat it up again a few weeks ago. Created a NFL_2015 sub off the main board. A friend of mine wanted to pick against me this year so i set it up.

    Everyone here is certainly welcome to join up and play. Wasn't sure if any of the ole players were still around. I was actually gonna post a invite message here sometime this week but you beat me to it. :)

    So, yes i'm ready. Been ready! Can't wait!!!

    Yes. I'm still around and the board is up & runnin'.

    If you tried calling last nite and couldn't connect it was because i
    had to switch out and replace my backup power supply. When i turned
    the router back on it switched my internal bbs machine's ip. Didn't
    realize it until a couple hours after the fact. Thought it was great
    that root and Sh weren't constantly trying to login. Then the
    light bulb went off. Duh! <BG>

    Yeah, as for the "BBS NFL Pick'em contest, i'm happy to coordinate it
    if we have the interest. A year ago when i posted that message for
    the 2015 season, the sub looked barren. Any former players still
    around?

    New players, old players, "SOUND OFF", if your interested in seeing
    the league return.

    Love hearing that you still have the mug!

    I don't know why that seems to be an OK thing. I've lost several mugs that I paid for at work - a nice Microsoft mug I bought at the Microsoft corporate store when I went to their campus for a site visit, then an Ubuntu mug I had out of irony (as I worked at a Microsoft shop)

    My SOMA FM mug and my "Got PGP?" mug stay at home.
