    Any Ideas? cryptlib.h is in the libs in libcrypto++ dev.

    Do you have the /sbbs/3rdp/src/cl directory tree up to date? If not, grab the cryptlib.zip file or cvs update it from cvs.synchro.net, I think you need their version. Not sure, though; I'm not working with linux, just a really esoteric UNIX variant.
