hey, when i am looking at the sbbslist online, chrome
throws up the "aw, snap something went wrong" "reload" screen.

is this typical and do other people have this issue or is it some
    addon issue on my part?

Seems to be working for me (with Chrome Version 39.0.2171.95 m).

this is pretty strange. i only have this issue on one computer, and i even nuked my profile and disabled malware bytes and avast.
still i get the "aw snap" msg after x amount of seconds. i do see the sbbslist load, and it continues to load until this error. i am running the current version of chrome, and like i said i nuked my profile so that means no addons

ah well, not a big deal. works fine with other browsers on this computer.
i just find it odd. i do not have this issue on any other site.

is there some script that will actually download and install these doorgames?

    Yes, https://wiki.synchro.net/module:install-xtrn

Ah, maybe it doesn't download them. But it will install them.

BTW, this is the wrong sub for Synchronet support questions.

okay i was wondering why i was just seeing it populate the javascript doors.

i have seen it do the setup for some games when the files existed in xtrn on people's systems i was working on. i was just wondering if i was missing something.

it would be good if you could download and install them from
    install-trn.

It would. I do think a lot of the urls in those .ini files are invalid now though (e.g. sunrisedoors.com/*), but in theory it could be done.

if you ever want to expand on it and want to update the urls
i uploaded the sunrise doors with my reg codes last year to vert.
