  • XTRN.CPP error

    Hi all, i couldnt find a tech forum on dove net so i hope i am not breaking any taboos by posting this here, however i am stumped.

    I recently installed a couple of new door games and i was setting up the maitanence routines when my board crashed now even though i replaced the maintenance programs back to timed events with the same paths, i keep getting errors every night at midnight saying those 4 games are invalid paths but the new events i installed run fine.

    How do i edit xtrn.cpp to remove the invalid path entries that dont show up in my events list?
    and for that matter where is xtern.cpp hiding lol i searched the whole synchronet install and no xtern.cpp file.

    appreciated to anyone who has had this problem who can help.

    You don't. Please paste the complete error message here and I'll direct you to the actualyi filename that is being reported as invalid.

    That is just the line in the source code where the error was detected. You're not expected to use that information unless you have access to the source code and plan on debugging or modifying it.

    You probably want to change your alias to something other than "sysop".
