Ported the SBBS list to HTML using the sbbslist.exe to generate an .html file.

Will make a script to run sbbslist.exe and copy/overwrite the old .html file located in /web/root/sbbslist/sbbslist.html to keep it up-to-date (weekly).

Also, they're are not as many systems (48) as the official Vertrauen list (161) when it polls.

Looks like there is an updated sbbslist.js. Still figuring out how to use it..

Probably nothing really new, but those sbbslist tools are nice...
