Upgraded Synchronet from Windows XP sp3 to and older disk of Windows 7 32 bit.
When I installed Synchronet, there was no msvcr100.dll file in the /Windows/System directory by default so had to copy the one off of Windows XP sp3.

Without this .dll file the Synchronet control panel will not come up. Just thought it was strange that Windows XP sp3 came with the .dll file but Windows 7 32 bit did not.

it's probably something you installed.

don't you mean \Windows\System32 dir. and to be honest, I not sure if I put that file there, but I do have it
