Please ignore my previous message; I see that you mentioned the user listing page.
I'm not sure what would be causing this problem. Could you grab a fresh copy of 'mods/js-date-format.js' from the github repository and try again?

I decided to download the file instead of copy and paste and now I'm getting a different error.

I just took a look on your website, and it looks like maybe you saved the HTML source of the GitHub page, rather than the actual raw text of 003_userlist.xjs.
I would recommend downloading the complete ZIP from GitHub (https://github.com/echicken/synchronet-web-v4/archive/master.zip) and installing the files from there, rather than saving them individually from the browser.
Let's not worry about troubleshooting it. I'll just revert this change later and let you know once that's done.
