If you're running v3.17, it should "just work" for IPv6. I did add "::1" (IPv6 localhost) to my Interface key value (in ctrl/sbbs.ini), but that's normally necessary.
Could you post an example of this for me I don't want to screw things up and knock out my ipv4 interface.
Well, like I said, it's not normally necessary (I just did this to test local IPv6 connections).
But here you go:

Interface=0.0.0.0,::1
If you know the IPv6 address of your network interface, you could add it to this (comma-separated) list.
