• Can't upload QWK replies?

From Poindexter Fortran@VERT to All on Fri Sep 23 14:59:14 2016
    All,

I'm having a weird problem with QWK reply packets. I haven't changed the config on my system in some time, but noticed recently when I try to upload a QWK reply, I get an immediate error message before uploading the file.

    qwk: U

    Uploading REALITY.REP

    Can't Extract!

    The error log shows:

    9/23 02:54:23p Couldn't extract REP packet - configuration error

I am able to upload via the file section. Any suggestions on where to look?

Look in SCFG->File Options->Extractable File Types. Did you change these settings recently?

I didn't, but the settings looked wrong - for one, the access requirement string was "UNIX", and I'm on Windows. I must have somehow overwritten the config somehow.

I copied over the configurations for ZIP and UN-ZIP from the net and all seems well now.

    Thanks for the pointer!
