after looking what you have put in here what I have
scfg :
Name Operation : Overkill
Internal Code OVERILL
Start-up Directory ..\xtrn\ooii
Command Line ooiidoor.bat %#

If we're discussing best practices, it's best to pass the full path to the node directory on the command-line:
ooiidoor.bat %n
An improved OOIIDOOR.BAT:
OOINFO 2 %f 1
MAINTOO
OOII
This configuration would work for sysops that don't have Synchronet installed in "c:\sbbs".
An improved OOIIDOOR.BAT:
OOINFO 2 %f 1
i've never seen a BAT file using a command line parameter variable with letters... on %0 thru %9... i don't know what that %f would do ;)
OOINFO 2 %f 1

Mine is OOINFO 2 C:\MYSTIC\TEMP%1\
You can substitue the path with C:\SBBS\NODE%1
then call OO2.BAT (OR Whatever it is you named it to) to OO2.BAT %# with door.sys
