Hi there.

I'm trying to get a QWK network set up. When it performs a call-out, I'm getting "HURRICAN.qwk NOT downloaded socket_error=60 (no new messages?)" in the log. I believe that I have everything set up correctly on my end, as it is the same as the other networks that I'm handling. Any ideas as to what could be causing this error?

"60" is a connection timeout. Double-check the the address or hostname you have in your qnet-ftp call-out event in SCFG->Networks->QWK->Hubs->HURRICAN.
