  • Got SMTP working, I think

    I could not find it in the wiki, but a google search found the whatsnew file for version 310. It contained the info I was looking for regarding "whitelisting" an IPA or provider from the DNSBL checking.

    That did it. Now, if I can figure out how to turn off the DNS blacklist check
    I will be set. I checked the wiki... it talks about spamassassin but I don't think that is the problem. I don't have that installed on my system and I don't have the ini file section set up that would turn on synch's included version.

    In the meantime, it is causing the inbound SMTP connections to time-out because it takes too long checking the blacklist sites.
