• SMTP, again

    I figured out, I think, what I had set up wrong on my mail reflector. I changed the settings and immediately saw a bunch of mail being received in
    my SBBS window.

    However, when I check my mail in synchronet, the mailbox is empty?!? Is there something that has to run after an SMTP receive session that puts the mail in the mailbox?

    I figured it out. The mail server was receiving the mail and then immediately forwarding it somewhere else. That is because I still had "forward email to netmail" set to Y for my account. Turned that off and now my mail is reaching here. :D

    Figured I would share for anyone who might ever run into this. Something you set long ago on your personal account can override every single thing you try in the INI and CFG files. :D
