I think I've encounted a bug with the ecwebv4 interface. When you attempt to download a file with a two character extension (in my case, .IT or .XM) it sends "{}" rather than the actual file.
it usually sends that {} when a file is unavailable or if you have download restrictions on it. are those files showing up available and can be downloaded in ftp or telnet?
do you have GUEST restricted from download and you are attempting to download without logging in?
No restrictions. I have the majority of my files accessible to guests, and I've been able to send the files both ways via ftp and telnet no problem. Accessing them via the built-in web ftp interface works fine too.
Other files in the same areas work perfectly fine as long as they have a three character extension.
