    REST NOT G

    I have that to LEVEL 99 to upload to each area (except to Sysop, and
    user to user transfer, which is LEVEL 50). So, that should do the job.
    The Guest account over here is at LEVEL 40...so, it's not high enough to
    permit uploads.
