  • IP whitelist?

    Good morning,
    I seemed to have figured out how to get my IP address on the temp ban
    list. :) Is there a whitelist file I can put my IPA on so that I don't manage to do this again?

    I am familiar with ip.can but not how to whitelist.

    There's ctrl/ipfilter_exempt.cfg.

    Right now, it seems it's only used for max-concurrent-connections exemptions in the terminal server though. That needs to be fixed.

    I take that back, it works as documented:
    Hostnames and IP addresses that are considered exempt from temporary bans and permanent filtering

    I believe its ../ctrl/ipfilter_exempt.cfg

    if I'm not mistaken.. don't have it in front of me..

    Pretty sure you are right, but I want to figure out how to set it where I cannot be temp banned. I am bound to fall into that hole again sometime. :)

    I cannot be temp banned. I am bound to fall into that hole again sometime. :)

    That'd probably work also. I usually use the dns names just to make sure
    they are working. Sometimes I use the local IP, though.
