When you run "echocfg" do you see a linked node configured for "39:902/514"? It sounds like you do not. Are you expecting to communicate directly this node? If yes, then you'll need to set it up in echocfg with a password.

is'nt this suppose to be sbbsecho.ini now? have you run the upgrade.js file to update this? I don't know much more because I do not run ftn at the moment.
