The only question I have is how do you handle mail exchange? I assume there are some services out there that you can subscribe to that will act as your MX, etc.

Your BBS can act its own mail exchange (MX, in DNS) unless your ISP blocks inbound traffic on TCP port 25. If you need an MX service, Vertrauen can do
