That feeling wore of pretty quickly after realizing there was nobody else to S>connect to at that speed yet.
Years ago, when we had BBS user/Sysop gatherings in the Little Rock area...at that time, there were at least a dozen BBS's in the area. Now, there's 2 BBS's in Little Rock, and one in Mayflower, about 18 miles northwest of Little Rock.
I'm Fido RC10 for California and Nevada, living out along the coast, and PF>curiously, I have a couple of sysops within a few miles of me. You'd think PF>they'd be a little more spread out.
