Hi all!
Trying to edit a user account via telnet under the latest SBBS/Linux and when I go to enter the ;UEDIT command at the main menu prompt (classic command shell)
nothing happens and I get returned to the main menu. Is there something I am missing here? Is there a way to get a help file displayed with sysop level commands by any chance?

It sounds like perhaps you're not logged in with a sysop (level 90+) user account? The '!' key should display the sysop menu from the main and file menus.
