Ever since installing Windows 10 Pro 32-bit (because of the legacy
doors I didn't want to lose), I've got things working, and SBBS online.
But, I have run into 2 errors that I have no idea how to correct.

In the log, I get under the Services window, this error:

No TLS certficate ERROR 'No permiss.to perform this operation' (-21)
opening keyset

In the log, I get under the Telnet window, this error:

SSH ERROR 'No permiss.to perform this operation' (-21) creating keyset
from bbs_thread

Both files are in the c:\sbbs\ctrl directory. ssl.cert is dates
06/17/18 and cryptlib.key is dated 05/20/18.

I get an "Access Denied" error if I try to change the attribute of the
file (i.e. turning off Read Only -- it shows as Read Only in one window,
and not Read Only in another for both), or trying to delete the file.

I'm stumped as to what to do. I just created a shortcut for it in
Windows 10, instead of doing a fresh install.

You need to change the permissions on the file to allow read-access to the user that you're running the BBS as. If you can't figure out how to do that, try just renaming or deleting the file.
