Hey DM,
I've noticed that if I reconfigure the BBS while somebody is online (normally me), it triggers a reload (great), however, some services dont restart properly.
The most impactful one is telnet - the console shows this:
7/30 10:46:03 term 0025 !ERROR 98 binding Telnet Server socket to port 23
And it tries 2 times within a few seconds and fails.
The other one that I notice often doesnt restart is the port connection to 10088.
I've found that I have to completly stop SBBS and restart it, or wait a period of time and touch sbbs.ini again.
My suspicion is that there is another issue resulting in this - which is binding to a port that is CLOSE_WAIT.
So going into the SBBS configurator while online is a no go, because I loose my ability to get back on.
Is there a workaround/fix for this?
