Well, I'm back up and running on a new Windows 10 system with new binaries. One problem I've got is that my QWK network parameters were pointing to missing archivers, and so I have a dozen or so qwk packets with a .BAD extension in the DATA directory.
Is there any way to manually import them into the BBS?

Just rename them to vert.qwk, one at a time, and the BBS event thread should automatically detect and import them.
