    InterBBS error handling improvements.
    - Helpful warnings on connection problems.
    - Temporarily disables InterBBS functions for the rest of the session, if it detects a connection error to database.
    - More verbose InterBBS startup messages.
    - Thanks PBMountainCat for reporting my terrible debug log() messages. Shameful. :|

    FatFish updates for upcoming Synchronet release:
    - Provide option to use hardcoded PATH_FATFISH where FatFish is called within another JS program.
    - Update default values to use a JSON server, defaulting to localhost.
    - Update default global server to use Romulus BBS.
    - Art's first British commit! :D

    NOTE: All Sysops running FatFish in InterBBS mode should upgrade. Now.
