here is a neat one.
I am running a cvs build compiled with MSVC 2010 express in service mode.
in my sbbs.ini file, I have web service start =FALSE
but when I start the services the web serveer always starts, no matter what it says in the ini file. I only am running the term services. so all the others are set to auto run = false. but the web always starts anyways.

Is it a *new* buggy or has this been happening for a while? Do you mind sending
