    Don't assume the first null message index is the last message in the sub. Don't create an Array just to have something to set arbitrary properties on. This may fix the problem observed on Vert by KenDB3 (messages after mid Nov. 2016 not being displayed).

    Cool! Thanks for fixing that problem. Last time I looked at voting related issues in that web UI, there were major performance problems (very slow displaying message headers, etc.). I think I fixed one of those problems but then didn't take any further action on the other problem(s).

    Fix bug that caused really-long sub-board load times.

    I'm not sure how long this has been like this, but the last_msg
    of a sub-board can be a super high number (e.g. in the billions), so using
    that value as the highest message offset would cause tons of message index
    read failures and just cause this loop to interate unneccessarily through
    tons of non-existent messages. Also, this code is utter crap.
