    Log Message:
    A collection of Star Trek avatars. Digital Man created the Starfleet logo (it was in his Miscellaneous Doodles collection). I created the other avatars. Hopefully these look okay to others.. I'm still developing my artistic abilities. Darnit Jim, I'm a software developer, not an artist.

    At some point I'd also like to add avatars for some of the Star Trek characters, such as Spock, Riker, Geordi, and Picard. I don't think I'm that good at drawing faces yet with the 10x6 avatar size..

    Kirkman's profile avatars would be good for inspiration or modification.

    A couple tips: use less grey (low-intensity white) and more bright colors. Also the shade-block characters come in handy when you just can't get the detail you want with the block/half-block chars. I think of it as a poor man's "blur" effect. :-)

    High-intensity black comes in handy too.
