    Wow.. I had just done a 'git pull' on master before making this branch. Seems like lots of changes are going in.

    I'm curious why a rebase is needed to merge this though - I've only changed DDMsgReader, and I wouldn't expect my changes to conflict with anything else?

    It needed a rebase because the master branch was broken by a commit before yours, so it would not pass the pipeline build tests.
