    We're now warning-free... enable -Werror for CI.

    NOTE: CI does release builds, which means that -Wall is not enabled.
    WALL=1 could be added if we want that, but it's likely too
    soon to take that step.

    Make a new "slow_systems" option for UNIX builds

    Applied to darwin-x86 and raspian.
    Causes the build to skip the following targets:
    gtk*, syncdraw, syncterm-cmake, syncview

    The syncterm-cmake should make an especially large difference.
