There's a lot of genealogy sites out there and I'm sure there's a comparison of them all somewhere.
One common factor is they all seem to be expensive to the point where it's really beyond the means of a lot of people to sign up for multiple.
Personally, I like findmypast since most of my ancestors are in England where I lived until moving to the US. They have a lot of UK newspapers and specific searches.
