    That's the nice thing about running OS/2, I never get updates, and never reboot! LOL (streak is 85 days right now, I had power outage)s

    If you get an update OTA, be very very afraid.

    Exactly! (ARCA does update stuff, but I haven't updated in a long time
    and I am not on the latest release anyway, so no big deal)

    I ran OS/2 1.2, 1.3, 2.0 and Warp 3 in corporate environments. Fixpacks
    were usually needed to fix networking and peripheral issues. I seem to
    recall one 2.0 fixpack that you needed to install to get IBM's version
    of LAN Manager working.

    usually updating stuff I don't need.
