If you want GUI go for Titan Mail, if you want CLI go for Multimail.
I use Multimail on my laptop and have for years.

I only provide windows binaries, but the source compiles on Linux/BSD.

I wonder if it'd compile under OS/2. I don't know if OS/2 has g++ or
clang ported.
It would probably take a bit of "convincing" to compile though, and
it's not something I'm prepared to do - though will happily take
patches if someone else wants to.

I'm sure someone will try it. I know little to nothing about dealing
with C/C++. I should learn one of these days.
