Open to suggestions or improvements, using what is native to Windows or shareware I can try out. Not a show-stopper, the setup is doing exactly
as I want it to do.
I use SyncToy, a Microsoft product. Not installed with Windows, but
Windows adjacent. :) I use it to sync media to a backup drive, and it
manages changes automatically.
It's got a command line option to run a job from script or from task
scheduler.
